 There are several signs that your roof may be nearing the end of its useful life, including missing or damaged shingles, visible wear, leaks, water stains, excessive granule loss, or damaged flashing. The age of the roof is also an important factor. During our evaluation, we’ll look at the overall condition of your roofing system and help you determine whether a repair or full replacement makes the most sense.

The amount of time an installation takes depends greatly on the size of the roof and how complex the project is. For simple installations, we're able to complete them in one day. However, some projects may take up to three days to complete. 

 Both are excellent roofing options, but they offer different looks, performance characteristics, and price points. Standing seam metal roofing offers a distinctive, modern look with clean lines and exceptional durability. Yes. We believe an accurate estimate starts with understanding the condition and construction of your existing roof. We’ll evaluate the roofing system, including areas such as shingles, flashing, ventilation, and visible decking, to identify potential concerns before work begins. This allows us to provide a more accurate scope of work and help you understand exactly what you’re investing in.

Yes. If damaged or deteriorated decking is discovered, it may need to be replaced to provide a solid and properly supported surface for the new roofing system. We inspect the decking as part of the roofing process and will discuss any necessary replacement with you before proceeding whenever possible.

 Occasionally, issues that aren’t visible during the initial inspection can be uncovered once the existing roofing is removed. If we discover unexpected damage or conditions that require additional work, we’ll document the issue, explain what needs to be done and why, and discuss the additional cost with you before proceeding. We believe in being transparent throughout the project—there shouldn’t be any surprises.
